In November, the library made a contract offer to the Staff Association.  The offer was presented to include a modest pay increase and an extension of the old Collective Bargaining Agreement through June 30, 2008.  The negotiating team has been working to arrive at the best plan on how to proceed.  We're trying to come to a resolution in time for the board meeting on Wednesday, December 19th.
