The ratification vote for DMLSA members has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 7th in the Auditorium at Main.  The times of the sessions are:  9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00.  A short presentation/Q & A session will begin at the listed times; however, you do not have to stay for it.  You can vote any time during the session. 

In addition to the contract vote, remember that you will be voting on DMLSA constitutional changes that were mentioned in the June and August/September DMLSA newsletters.  To cast a ballot, you must be a voting member of DMLSA.

The following information has been provided to us by Management.  Consistent with past practice, bargaining unit members who vote during regularly scheduled work hours will be permitted up to one hour of paid time.  Mileage and additional travel time will not be paid.  Employees who vote outside of work hours may do so on their own time.  Managers have been encouraged to arrange schedules to allow staff paid time to vote.  Attendance at informational sessions will be permitted when it does not negatively impact public service needs.
