In anticipation that an agreement with the Library will be reached by the August 23rd target date, we have booked the RoseRoom at Arbor Hall on Sunday, August 23rd at 2:00 to conduct the vote. An absentee ballot will not be available. (Arbor Hall is located at 2150 Arbor Blvd in Moraine; it's very close to CarillonPark. Visit their web site (http://www.arborhall.com ) for more details about the site. The RoseRoom is the same room in which our recent General Membership Meeting was held.)
