The LMC met again today to discuss health plans to be offered by the Library for the next plan year.  There are no good options available.  As many of you know from the Library's newsletter article, a plan has been set in motion by HR.  This (rather lengthy - sorry) article is about HR's plan and about our options and our response to the plan.

There is a lot of information with respect to health insurance, and lots of people have been working to be sure you're represented in the process.  Key among them are your LMC members:  Tracy Arnold, Pat Clingman, Dave Hicks, and me.  (We still need alternates, BTW.  We've got an alternate for main/professional, but need the others.)
