Here's a quick look at the costs of the library's PPO and HRA alternatives for the next plan year. The library is moving forward with this plan before it has been negotiated, so it's not set in stone. But we're making the numbers available to you for your information.
First, a note on the HRA's coverage. Under either the HRA and the traditional PPO plan, covered drugs and services are identical. You will not have to change providers or pharmacies. If something is covered under the traditional PPO, it's covered under the HRA.
The chart below shows one example of how the costs might differ between the two plans.
