We have posted two versions of the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement below.  The first one is a pristine copy of the new contract as provided to us by management.  The second one is a marked up copy of the old contract.  (The proposed changes are highlighted in red.)  To ensure that the contract has been properly corrected, members of the DMLSA Negotiating Team are still comparing the final copy to the changes made during negotiations.  It is possible that further changes may occur if the Team finds any errors in management's final draft.  If you have any questions, you may call Rich Robinson at 496-8560.
