If you want more information on DMLSA's AFLAC benefit, log in and look for the "AFLAC Info" button near the bottom of the right-side menu (see image).  This menu item will take you to a form that, when submitted, will notify AFLAC that you would like to speak with a representative about supplemental insurance.

NOTE: The menu item will not appear until you're logged in.
