Q: Who is eligible for membership in DMLSA?  Who is included in the bargaining unit?

A: Full-time and part-time employees make up the bargaining unit and are eligible to join DMLSA.  Supervisory, managerial, confidential employees, aides, and substitutes are ineligible because they aren’t in the bargaining unit.
